World Horseback Wrestling Federation
In 2023, on the initiative of the President of the Audaryspaq Federation, the World Horseback Wrestling Federation was established, uniting countries that preserve and develop traditional forms of horseback wrestling.
Its creation was an important step in the international development of traditional horseback wrestling and in uniting countries where equestrian games are part of history, culture and sporting heritage.
The World Federation creates a single international space for holding competitions, exchanging experience and training athletes, coaches and judges.
Goals of the World Federation
- uniting national federations and sports organizations;
- developing horseback wrestling at the international level;
- developing unified rules and competition standards;
- holding international championships and tournaments;
- training and upgrading judges and coaches;
- exchanging experience between member countries;
- ensuring the safety of athletes and horses;
- promoting traditional equestrian sports;
- expanding the geography of member countries;
- strengthening cultural and sporting ties between peoples.
